Job Description

We are now looking for an experienced project manager or specialist in electrical design who wants to take a key role in projects of crucial importance to society. With us, you will have the opportunity to work on advanced buildings and facilities where your expertise truly makes a difference – particularly in sectors such as healthcare, high security, defense, and infrastructure. The role involves:

• Responsible for design and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure quality and delivery in technically complex projects
• You will have close dialogue with clients and stakeholders, contributing to long-term, innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development of working methods and practices within electrical design

With us, you will be part of a strong team working on socially important projects in sectors such as healthcare, high security, defense, and infrastructure. Within these sectors, there is also the opportunity to work nationally and contribute to projects across the country.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a combination of technical expertise and leadership experience.

• Has solid experience as a project manager, expert, or specialist in electrical, telecommunication, and/or security design.
• Is accustomed to working on complex projects with high demands for structure, quality, and safety.
• Has deep knowledge of electrical installations, power supply, and advanced security solutions.
• Thrives with responsibility, is solution-oriented, and has a strong drive to develop both yourself and the team.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.

Meritorious

• Documented experience from projects in healthcare, high security, defense, or infrastructure.
• Specialist competence in advanced technical solutions and systems.

If you also have good customer relationships or strong references, this is seen as an additional plus.
